Institutes were created as an instrument to develop the human resources necessary for the expansion and consolidation of the Faith. Dear Friends,

Loving Naw-Ruz (New Year’s) greetings from Green Acre!

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this “soul-stirring springtime” as we open our Spring programs and enthusiastically prepare for an exciting summer.

Shoghi Effendi once wrote that he “was very happy…to learn that Green Acre this year was pervaded with a love and harmony that was instrumental in confirming many new souls in the Faith. This love amongst the believers is the magnet which will, above all else, attract the hearts and bring new souls into the Cause.” With this in mind, we would ask that you give some serious thought (and action) to inviting a seeker or new believer to accompany you on your next visit to Green Acre. What better way to confirm seekers and new believers with a joyful new spirit and a sense of vibrant community life?

You will also be delighted to see in person the progress on the building of the Staff Housing complex (it should be ready in June, 2009) as well as the on-going work on the Guest Housing building, now that the snows have melted…

Please come and join us as we all witness the next historic steps in our development as an evolving center of Baha’i learning.

We are, as always, happy and eager to welcome you!

The New Staff Housing

It's spring, the snow is gone, the siding has been put on the building, the roof is complete, and the focus is now on the interior. Projected date for staff to move in is June 15th!
